Fleed: Some of the glyphs begin to glow, faintly, if only for a moment. They react, at least.

* Lance Brandt scratches his chin at the reaction from the seal before giving a nod and gesturing for people to stand back as he raises his sword, flames engulfing it, "Alright lets try this!" He shouts before striking where Meryl hit with her axe.
Anathia Cid: I'm going to be very disappointed if religion ends up being the answer.
* Meryl Kincaid notes her axe being stuck in the split, and gets an idea. She's not one for magic power, but brute strength she has in spades.
